Hello IComLeavWe Peoples!
I appreciate you stopping by my blog. Here is just a little introduction.
This is my second month participating in Mel's Comment week. And I feel a little bit like singing, "Second Verse, Same as the First!" I started this blog in December when I got a kick in the pants from this thing that is infertility.
My husband and I have been anticipating children since we moved into our 4 bedroom home in September 2001. During our first year of marriage we saw those wooden stork displays in our neighborhood go up 32 times. Apparently our stork has a broken GPS thingy and refuses to ask for directions. If anyone knows of a tracking device for said stork let me know. Although, no promises stork will survive post successful tracking.
I refer to my husband as Mr. Marvelous or Marvy for short, because I grew tired of referring to him as 'M' and because well... ask my friends and my Dear Readers, he just is. He has been known to stop by and post a little somthin' somthin' and even plans on sharing with you guys a "video" that I guarantee will make you spit out your coffee and pee in your pants from laughter. ( I know I promised this last time but I seemed to be technologically challenged with this task!)
We had our second treatment this cycle. As last months IUI ended with a hard emotional crash and crying fits. This cycle once again called for IUI#2 still with a dash of Clo.mid. Currently in 2ww. Beta scheduled for the 24th. Everyone, cross all fingers and toes and don't forget to cross the fingers and toes of the people sitting next to you.
Thanks again for stopping by!
P.S. I'm on Mel's NING forum. If you are part of the ALI community and want to check that out... Click on the forum button at the top of the Queens website.

YAY for ICLW!!! Crossing EVERYTHING for you! Have a GREAT weekend!
ReplyDeleteHugs and kisses!
I'm doing Clo.mid this month, too, but minus the IUI for a few more cycles. I hope this cycle works for you--best of luck!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a peaceful, uneventful 2WW with a wonderful surprise at the end of it. That damned stork HAS to get the directions right eventually.

ReplyDeleteSorry - I should proofread first. Here's what I meant to type:
ReplyDeleteI hope this cycle works for you, and that you get great news from your beta. LMBO over the stork/GPS!!
(ICLW)
I hope that your 2ww flies by and that everything goes smoothly and leads to good news on the 24th (not long now, I'll keep my fingers crossed).
ReplyDeleteHappy ICLW :)
Thanks for the comment :) And yes, you aren't the only one that reads MTHFR that way! My brother doesn't even try to call it by the initals. Maybe after your stork finds its way it can head over to me?!
ReplyDeleteI am also in my 2ww, and my beta from my first IUI with acupuncture us on the 24th! only a few more days to go. i wish you the best!
ReplyDelete(i've stumbled upon your blog before, but here this time with ICLW)
Fingers, toes and EYES crossed for you on this cycle, girl!
ReplyDeleteI hope this is it, I really really do!

I cant wait to hear about the results of your beta. Unless its bad (please dont let it be bad). The reason that we call her Merm is bc thats what my little sister started calling her a few years back. Dunno why it just kind stuck and now Mom is reserved for when we are annoyed with her or being serious. I guess its what we call her when we are being affectionate or silly. She only began referring to herself as Merm recently. She is funny and so it fits her. So thats the story nothing too exciting but its kinda a cute thing we do.
ReplyDeletelol at the stork .. he has gotta turn up eventually
ReplyDeleteCrossing everything for you over here !
